Wolfe Industrial has fabricated and installed miles of piping throughout the years. Some of our most skilled craftsmen are pipe fitters by trade. We have fabricated and installed pipe for a variety of different piping applications such as process piping, sanitary tubing, compressed air, hydraulic, water, and gas. Some of our process piping projects have consisted of conveying cooking oil, potable water, corn syrup, shortening, yeast, icing, acid, and even ground beef.
All process piping jobs are designed to match each customer’s specifications. Stainless steel pipe and tubing installations are purged with argon during the welding process to eliminate carbon deposits and to complete full penetration. Stainless steel “Clamp” style or “Weld” style sanitary fittings are available for your CIP systems or any other sanitary processes. Wolfe Industrial's bucket elevators have proven time and again to be one of the most dependable and well fabricated elevators in the country. Each bucket elevator is designed, fabricated, and installed to meet the rigorous demands of heavy industrial use. We have the capabilities to handle the entire bucket elevator project turnkey with very reasonable lead times.
Wolfe Industrial can fabricate to your project’s specifications or we can furnish our heavy duty industrial rated bucket elevators. Each of our head sections are designed and fabricated from 10 gauge steel and the boot sections are designed and fabricated from 10 gauge or 3/16" AR plate. Each of our casings are designed and fabricated from 12 gauge steel and are continuously welded in 10 foot sections. All casings are welded together with cross-bracing in a custom built fixture that assures each section is straight and true.
Along with Wolfe Industrial's heavy duty structural designs, we are also highly capable of selecting the most efficient belt and buckets for a particular system. Belt or chain and bucket design options vary from rubber belting, pvc belting, or chain with either a steel or plastic buckets. Each bucket elevator system is available in painted steel, galvanized, or stainless steel.
All of Wolfe Industrial's bucket elevators are designed, fabricated, and installed to withstand the test of time. Each unit is constructed with heavy duty welds to give it a much longer service life. Many of our design features will eliminate costly repairs and maintenance. |

| Tanks, bins, and hoppers are custom built by a team of material storage equipment specialists. Our 54,000 sq. ft. facility has the capability to fabricate material storage equipment from 2ft. to 14ft. in diameter and from 4ft. to 45ft. tall. Metal thicknesses range from 16 gauge carbon steel to ½” plate. Materials vary with each job and may include stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized, and aluminum. Each tank, bin, or hopper can hold many types of materials from dry to liquid substances. Wolfe Industrial fabricates and installs girth angles to support the tank or bin for extra industrial strength. We also build the structural supports, ladders, stairs, platforms, or catwalks required for the project. Often the tank, bin, or hopper is too large to ship, so Wolfe Industrial will send our specialized crews to fabricate and install on-site. |

Wolfe Industrial has become a leader in fabricating, modifying or repairing racks, carts, and skids. We are capable of fabricating a rack, cart or skid of any size, shape or type of material. The most popular rack that we fabricate is called a cylinder storage rack, used commonly in the printing industry. We’ve also built racks for steel stamping parts and injection molded plastic parts. Metal skids are fabricated for handling products using a fork lift, crane or automatic storage retrieval system (ASRS). Chutes, funnels, and valves are all types of material handling products that Wolfe Industrial has been fabricating and installing for many years. As in everything we fabricate, there is a wide variety of materials and designs available. We fabricate bucket valves and swing valves. Wolfe Industrial fabricates and installs both manual and pneumatic controlled valves. The types of valves range from dust containment blast gates, rack and pinion gates, and pneumatic knife gates.
